LU6200 fix gps issue

-Do not use the same location service base BTS, Wifi and GPS on Android 4.2. Just one service at one 

-Some other post guide to reset google frame work data but it can not be solved. it also make location service unavailable (To restore should be launch to account setting and re-enable location service here)
